If goods arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order reference. Confirmed quality issues are resolved by replacement or refund, at your choice. Return shipping for confirmed defects is at our cost. Custom-manufactured goods made to your specification cannot be returned unless defective.
